Senior Executive - Marketing / Sales

About the Role

Kufner GmbH is a German Multinational Company with 160 years of history catering to the Apparel Industry and Top-End Clothing Brands Worldwide. Kufner is represented in over 100 countries worldwide with four production sites, and with own sales offices and warehouse locations around the world, the company is a market leader for Textile Solutions and Interlinings. In the event of expanding our team, we are looking for a Senior Executive – Marketing + Sales for the Bangladesh Liaison office.

Responsibilities

• Order handling of Apparel Accessories and follow up for the production, as well as follow up the Market and Customers/Buyers
• Develop new customers to enhance business in garment accessory – develop new customers is a must
• Plan, prepare and implement monthly / quarterly / yearly strategic business plans
• Providing hands-on follow up of all daily Sales activities for the product / brand segment starting from developing / marketing through order placement and shipment
• Maintain communication with the Regional Office team members in India
• Responsible to handle all process and approval steps as per company's Standard Operating System and work as per manuals & given standards
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all customers and represent company values at highest possible level

Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years
• Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing
• Skills: corporate sales, fashion marketing, fashion industry knowledge, apparel sourcing, international sales, garment industry knowledge
