The Senior Sales Executive role is based in the United States and involves driving revenue growth by selling innovative software solutions to leading organizations in the financial services and mortgage technology sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic sales initiatives
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Expanding existing customer relationships
  • Delivering tailored software solutions to enterprise clients
  • Managing strategic accounts and complex sales opportunities
  • Identifying, engaging, and building relationships with prospective clients, including senior decision-makers within financial institutions and mortgage organizations
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and structuring deals that meet customer expectations and business goals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement and solution delivery

Requirements for the role include:

  • An experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong background in software solutions, financial services, and strategic account management
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • 15+ years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology solutions
  • Proven experience selling to financial institutions and mortgage banking organizations at the executive level
  • A strong understanding of the mortgage industry and financial technology landscape
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and complex, high-value sales opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to remain effective under pressure while managing multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • A willingness to travel up to 75%

The position offers:

  • A competitive base salary range of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications
  • An uncapped commission structure based on sales performance
