About the role
Our client is a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, helping organizations modernize their business applications, optimize operations, and drive digital transformation through Microsoft's cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, and business leaders.
- Sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and associated cloud transformation services.
- Identify opportunities within ERP, HCM, Finance, HR, and business applications environments.
- Lead consultative conversations focused on business outcomes, ROI, and technology transformation.
- Partner with solution consultants, delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to develop compelling client solutions.
- Manage enterprise accounts, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue targets.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and help organizations maximize their Microsoft investment.
Ideal Background
- Proven experience selling Microsoft solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or related business applications.
- Strong enterprise software sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions into mid-market or enterprise organisations.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling approach with experience running discovery sessions and value-based conversations.
- Experience selling ERP, HCM, CRM, Finance, HR technology, or cloud transformation solutions is highly desirable.
