About the role

The ideal candidate will support two Senior Founders of a rapidly growing tech startup. This is a highly visible role for a strategic, proactive operator who excels at anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and serving as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple executives, strategically prioritizing meetings, appointments, and competing demands.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, proactively implementing solutions before they impact leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping maximize efficiency, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, drafting agendas, conducting research, and ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Career logistics: Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and contingency planning.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support special projects and operational priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and strengthen organizational infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership teams, specifically within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven track record of providing strategic executive support beyond traditional calendar management.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and independently solve problems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Expert user of Google Workspace, Slack, and modern business productivity tools.
  • A highly educated background preferred, with a focus on supporting startups.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and expense reporting tools.
  • Discreet, proactive, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in project management and event coordination is a plus.
