About the role

You will serve as a high-leverage partner to the Founder, moving beyond traditional administrative tasks to own strategic prioritization, executive communication, and follow-through. Acting as a filter and amplifier, you will synthesize complex meetings into actionable steps, manage relationship pipelines, and support investment research to maximize the Founder's impact within the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the Founder’s prioritization by filtering inboxes and calendars based on strategic importance rather than just sender urgency.
• Synthesize meeting recordings and complex discussions into concise executive summaries, actionable next steps, and public-facing content like tweet threads.
• Manage high-impact relationship pipelines, conducting research on key ecosystem players and handling initial outreach and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to capture an executive voice and synthesize technical or financial information clearly.
• Proven background in investment, finance, or capital markets, ideally with exposure to or a strong interest in the crypto/Web3 space.
• High degree of autonomy and judgment, capable of operating effectively in the fast-moving and often ambiguous environment of early-stage venture.
