About the role

The Senior Event Registration & Technology Manager will provide technical leadership for the planning, implementation, and optimization of registration and event technology solutions, overseeing the attendee journey from registration and housing through virtual/hybrid delivery and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the planning, implementation, and optimization of registration and event technology solutions.
• Oversight of the attendee journey from registration and housing through virtual/hybrid delivery and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships for event technology solutions.
• Architect multi-track registration builds as needed.
• Partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, data-driven event experiences.
• Thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with event registration systems and virtual/hybrid delivery platforms.
• Strong understanding of event technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in event management and technology solutions.
