Senior Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary event manger planning contact for assigned clients and act as a liaison between the client, Stadium, and other University departments.
• Meet and conduct walk-throughs with clients to determine event scope and needs while establishing all venue rules, regulations, and policies that apply, to assign event manager to events.
• Manage timely production and distribution of event orders, information sheets, layouts, and timelines to all Stadium departments.
• Cook up and deliver, and monitor all client financial documents, including pre-event budgets, event orders, and post-event.
