Senior Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant

As an Epic Willow Inpatient Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects without the extensive demands of travel. This opportunity is under Deloitte’s Project Delivery Talent Model, tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions
- Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance
- Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference
- Work remotely most of the time with potential for on-site support if requested by the client
- Join a large implementation and build team for Epic projects

Qualifications
- Current Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient
- 5+ years of Epic Willow build experience
- Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital or Clinic operations experience
- Additional Epic Certifications
- ITIL process knowledge
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 to $143,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, where an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
