Senior Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant
About the Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Senior Consultant to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment under Deloitte’s Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), tailored for long-term, onsite client service delivery. The role involves joining a large implementation and build team for Epic projects with minimal travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions.
- Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
- Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and clear guidance to others.

Qualifications
- Current Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient.
- 5+ years of Epic Willow build experience.
- Experience in application build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on client needs.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred qualifications include hospital or clinic operations experience, additional Epic certifications, and ITIL process knowledge.
Pay
The wage range for this role is $120,000 to $143,000, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
