Senior Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant

As an Epic Willow Inpatient Senior Consultant, you will share new ideas and collaborate on projects with minimal travel demands through our Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), tailored for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions
• Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance
• Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications
• Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference
• Work remotely most of the time with potential for on-site support as requested by the client
• Join a large implementation and build team for Epic projects

Qualifications

• Current Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient
• 5+ years of Epic Willow build experience
• Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
• Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on client needs
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospital or Clinic operations experience
• Additional Epic Certifications
• ITIL process knowledge
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Pay

The wage range for this role is $120,000 to $143,000, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and performance factors.
