Senior Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant

As an Epic Willow Inpatient Senior Consultant, you will share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel through Deloitte’s Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions
- Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance
- Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference
- Work will be remote most of the time but may require on-site support if the client requests it
- Join a very large implementation and build team for Epic projects

Qualifications
- Current Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient
- 5+ years of Epic Willow build experience
- Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital or Clinic operations experience
- Additional Epic Certifications
- ITIL process knowledge
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The disclosed range estimate is $120,000 to $143,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
