Senior Epic Willow Inpatient Consultant
Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an Epic Willow Inpatient Senior Consultant, you will share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. This role is part of Deloitte’s Project Delivery Talent Model, tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions.
- Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
- Work remotely most of the time but be open to potential on-site client requests.
- Join a very large implementation and build team for Epic projects.

Qualifications
- Current Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient.
- 5+ years of Epic Willow build experience.
- Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital or Clinic operations experience.
- Additional Epic Certifications.
- ITIL process knowledge.
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The disclosed range estimate is $120,000 to $143,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
