About the role
Join one of the nation's largest nonprofit health systems and play a key role in supporting and enhancing a large-scale Epic environment. This organization is continuing to invest in technology and digital transformation initiatives, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epic professional to make a meaningful impact across clinical and operational teams.
Location: Remote (must reside in TX, GA, LA, OK, or TN)
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic applications
- Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve workflows and system functionality
- Lead application optimization and enhancement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
- Support Epic upgrades, implementations, and ongoing system improvements
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior analysts
- Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution
- Provide end-user support and contribute to training efforts
Requirements
- Epic ASAP, ClinDoc, or Ambulatory Certification required
- 4+ years of Epic application experience within a healthcare environment
- Experience with Epic build, configuration, optimization, testing, implementation, and support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience supporting hospital or health system operations preferred
