Epic Senior Application Analyst

100% remote role focused on Epic Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance.

About the role

Design, configure, test, and implement Epic system applications that directly impact patient outcomes and operational excellence. Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to develop workflows, support upgrades, and mentor fellow analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Epic applications
• Drive system upgrades and troubleshoot interface issues
• Manage complex project life cycles
• Gather requirements, assess workflows, and develop optimized solutions
• Develop security protocols, testing scripts, and comprehensive documentation
• Engage stakeholders, mentor team members, and deliver training
• Participate in on-call support rotations, including 24/7 availability as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Epic application experience
• Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance Certification (required)
• Current Epic Application Certification
• Experience with project management frameworks and change management strategies
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
