Senior Enterprise Technology Administrator, Finance Systems

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Technology Administrator to join our Enterprise Technology team. This specialized group within IT is responsible for the financial and operational systems that power the business.

Responsibilities

• Administering and optimizing financial platforms including Coupa and Sage Intacct to ensure system stability, data integrity, and performance
• Managing Procure-to-Pay workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and accounts payable processes
• Serving as the primary subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash operations including invoicing automation, accounts receivable workflows, and revenue recognition configurations
• Partnering with Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations teams to troubleshoot billing, collections, and system integration issues
• Maintaining and troubleshooting integrations between Coupa, Sage Intacct, Stripe, and CRM systems to ensure reliable data flow
• Conducting periodic access reviews and audits to maintain SOX compliance and enforce least-privilege access models

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Financial Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting financial platforms
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows including procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable processes
• Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including billing and accounts receivable
• Experience supporting integrations between financial systems and familiarity with API-based integrations
• Demonstrated experience implementing financial software or delivering major system enhancements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration experience with Coupa and Sage Intacct
• Experience supporting financial platform ecosystems including Stripe, LeaseQuery, Asset4000, FloQast, and Workiva
• Experience supporting SOX compliance or financial audit processes
• Familiarity with finance system integration architecture or middleware platforms
• Experience supporting financial systems in high-growth technology organizations

Pay

Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The compensation range is up to $140,000 - $165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
