About the role

Kombo is a unified API for HR, payroll, LMS, and recruiting systems. We are a fast-growing startup with a focus on account-based sales, aiming to serve Fortune 2000 companies and other high-value accounts. The role involves developing account strategy, mapping stakeholders, and creating pipeline that moves the business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop account strategy and map stakeholders for high-potential accounts
  • Create and manage pipeline to drive business growth
  • Work closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine strategies
  • Formulate your own point of view on how to best reach target accounts
  • Stay current on outbound sales techniques and customer buying behaviors
  • Help onboard new hires and share best practices with the team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of outbound experience in B2B SaaS
  • Curiosity and humility, asking questions to truly understand a customer
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ownership of work and ability to think independently and solve problems
  • A bias towards action and willingness to learn and iterate
  • Interest in advancing to an Account Executive role
  • Enjoy working in person with a team

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Passion for technology and SaaS products
