About the role
Kombo is a unified API for HR, payroll, LMS, and recruiting systems. We are a fast-growing startup with a focus on account-based sales, aiming to serve Fortune 2000 companies and other high-value accounts. The role involves developing account strategy, mapping stakeholders, and creating pipeline that moves the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Develop account strategy and map stakeholders for high-potential accounts
- Create and manage pipeline to drive business growth
- Work closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine strategies
- Formulate your own point of view on how to best reach target accounts
- Stay current on outbound sales techniques and customer buying behaviors
- Help onboard new hires and share best practices with the team
Requirements
- 1-2 years of outbound experience in B2B SaaS
- Curiosity and humility, asking questions to truly understand a customer
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ownership of work and ability to think independently and solve problems
- A bias towards action and willingness to learn and iterate
- Interest in advancing to an Account Executive role
- Enjoy working in person with a team
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Passion for technology and SaaS products
