Senior Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid
About the role
The Senior Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services.
- Engage with caregivers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the development process.
- Work with Engineering to define the solution or service, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the release of the solution or service, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Establish the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Connect with and support the caregiver community, fostering a positive relationship and addressing their concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of related experience leading complex engineering programs in endpoint, digital employee experience (DEX), or similar programs.
- Strong program and project experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $See Posting - $See Posting. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This role works in a hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.
