Senior Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid
About the role
The Senior Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services.
- Engage with caregivers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Work with Engineering to define the solution or service, manage its release, establish its identity in the ecosystem, and connect with and support the caregiver community.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meet constant demands for on-time delivery, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and partnering skills.
- Collaborate with the business, fellow IS organizations, and project teams to ensure success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
- 5 years of related experience leading complex engineering programs in endpoint, digital employee experience (DEX), or similar programs.
- Strong program and project experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.
