Senior Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid
About the role
The Senior Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services.
- Engage with caregivers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the development process.
- Work with Engineering to define the solution or service, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the release of the solution or service, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Establish the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Connect with and support the caregiver community, fostering a positive user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of related experience leading complex engineering programs in endpoint, digital employee experience (DEX), or similar programs.
- Strong program and project experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.
Skills
Strong program and project experience, collaboration skills, understanding of healthcare environments, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
