Senior Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid
About the role
The Senior Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services.
- Engage with caregivers to understand their needs and incorporate those insights into the development process.
- Work with Engineering to define the solution or service, manage its release, and establish its identity in the ecosystem.
- Connect with and support the caregiver community to ensure their needs are met throughout the lifecycle of the solution or service.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring on-time delivery while addressing constant demands.
- Use strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and partnering skills to drive success.
- Collaborate with the business, fellow IS organizations, and project teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of related experience leading complex engineering programs in endpoint, digital employee experience (DEX), or similar programs.
- Strong program and project experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.
