Senior Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid

About the role

The Senior Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services.
• Engage with caregivers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Work with Engineering to define the solution or service, manage its release, establish its identity in the ecosystem, and connect with and support the caregiver community.
• Ensure on-time delivery while understanding customer needs, analyzing, and designing solutions.
• Resolve problems, make decisions, communicate effectively, and partner with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience leading complex engineering programs in endpoint, digital employee experience (DEX), or similar programs.
• Strong program and project experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Experience in a Healthcare environment.

The salary range for this position is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
