Senior Enablement Program Operations Specialist
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Enablement Program Operations Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the operational backbone of the enablement function, with a strong focus on systems administration, content governance, and analytics. The successful candidate will partner closely with enablement, revenue operations, and learning stakeholders to improve program execution, access management, and measurable user engagement. This position is well suited for someone who can bring structure to AI-enabled enablement tools and turn operational data into clear insights for the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the enablement tech stack, including AI-enabled enablement platforms
- Configure AI role-play scenarios and certification baselines within enablement tools
- Establish and maintain content governance across platforms
- Manage user groups and permissions for efficient access
- Create reports and dashboards to track engagement and performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years in enablement systems, revenue operations, or learning technology administration
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Seismic, Gong, or Consensus
- Experience configuring AI-enabled enablement tools
- Proficient in managing content governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for building reports and dashboards

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $112,800 – $152,600 annually
