Senior eDiscovery Technician with Security Clearance

About the role

The position involves managing and overseeing all aspects of eDiscovery projects, including data collection, analysis, and production. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee eDiscovery projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and production processes
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of eDiscovery processes

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Law
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, project management, or related field
• Security clearance is required
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with eDiscovery tools and technologies

Qualifications

• Experience working with large volumes of data and conducting complex analyses
• Knowledge of legal standards and regulations related to eDiscovery
• Experience with document review platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
