The role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of eDiscovery projects, including data collection, analysis, and production. This position requires a strong background in legal research and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to understand client needs and develop strategies for efficient data management.
  • Lead a team of analysts and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of eDiscovery outputs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Legal Studies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a legal environment.
  • A current Top Secret clearance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with eDiscovery tools and software.
  • Knowledge of legal research methodologies and court rules.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analytics tools.

Pay

Schedule
