Responsibilities
- Manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand client needs and develop strategies for efficient data management.
- Lead a team of analysts and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of eDiscovery outputs.
- Conduct regular reviews of project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Legal Studies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a legal environment.
- A current Top Secret clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with eDiscovery tools and software.
- Knowledge of legal research methodologies and court rules.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analytics tools.
