Senior eDiscovery Technician with Security Clearance

About the role

The position involves managing and overseeing eDiscovery projects, including data collection, analysis, and production. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives
• Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations, including handling sensitive and confidential information securely
• Work closely with legal teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including senior management and legal teams

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, data management, or a related field
• A security clearance is required
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with eDiscovery tools and software, such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw

Qualifications

• Experience working with legal teams and understanding legal requirements
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay

• $80,878 - $190,836 per year
