About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations. This position requires a strong background in data analysis, project management, and a valid security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive eDiscovery strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage large-scale eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, including data collection, processing, and review
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with court orders and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on eDiscovery tools and processes
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery and data analytics
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, data management, or a related field
- Valid Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience with eDiscovery software and tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal and IT teams
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality eDiscovery services
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- Knowledge of legal procedures and court rules related to eDiscovery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
