About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing advanced eDiscovery solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations. This position requires a strong background in data analysis, project management, and a valid security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive eDiscovery strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage large-scale eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, including data collection, processing, and review
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with court orders and regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on eDiscovery tools and processes
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery and data analytics

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, data management, or a related field
  • Valid Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Experience with eDiscovery software and tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or Westlaw
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal and IT teams

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality eDiscovery services
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and court rules related to eDiscovery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
