eDiscovery Technician with Security Clearance

About the role

The Senior eDiscovery Technician, Director of eDiscovery, and eDiscovery Specialist positions at Government Services, LLC are seeking highly skilled professionals with security clearances. These roles are based in Chantilly, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute eDiscovery projects according to client specifications and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with discovery protocols and regulations.
• Utilize advanced software tools to process, analyze, and produce electronic data.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout the eDiscovery process.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and legal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eDiscovery.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A current Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with eDiscovery software such as Relativity, Concordance, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery or related fields.
• Experience working with large datasets and managing complex projects.
• Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and related legal standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Advanced proficiency in eDiscovery software.

Pay

• Senior eDiscovery Technician: $88,353 per year
• Director of eDiscovery: $165,299 per year
• eDiscovery Specialist: $105,922 per year

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Standard Monday through Friday workweek.
