About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing complex eDiscovery projects, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee eDiscovery projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient data collection and analysis
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Provide guidance and support to team members on technical and legal matters
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery or related field
• Security clearance is required
• Experience with eDiscovery tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience leading large-scale eDiscovery projects
• Knowledge of legal procedures and court rules
• Experience with data management and analytics
