Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer

Role: Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer Responsibilities Start up, develop, and optimize dry etch processes to enhance product quality, yield, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.Drive improvements through statistical process control (SPC) and utilize project management skills to meet milestones.Address process challenges and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce defects. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3+ years industry experience as a Process Owner in Dry Etch.BS, MS, or higher in Engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in data science and programming; interest in developing AI workflows is a plus.
