Senior Dry Etch Equipment Engineer

Role: Senior Dry Etch Equipment Engineer Responsibilities Install, qualify, and optimize dry etch equipment in a new cleanroom environment.Analyze performance data, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document findings.Collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment-related production challenges.Manage projects to address hardware gaps and improve equipment functionality.Establish vendor relationships to ensure top equipment metrics and reliability.Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience as Equipment Owner with Dry Etch equipment or equivalent military/education background.Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Data Science and Programming.Interest or experience in developing AI workflows for manufacturing processes.
