Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer

Role Overview: The Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer is responsible for enhancing manufacturing processes by installing, maintaining, and optimizing wet etching equipment in a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities Install and qualify wet process equipment.Analyze data, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot, and document equipment performance.Collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment issues affecting production.Manage projects to address hardware gaps and improve equipment metrics.Develop vendor relations and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies. Qualifications & Skills At least 2+ years of industry experience with Wet Process Equipment or equivalent military/education background.Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field, with proficiency or willingness to learn Agentic AI.Preferred: Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and data science skills. The role demands a hands-on approach, safety and quality focus, and a collaborative mindset to support cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing.
