Senior Director, US Vaccines Contracting and Pricing

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a US contracting plan that fosters key customer relationships
• Develop innovative contracting strategies across multiple segments and brands
• Create frameworks for partnerships to enhance patient access to vaccines
• Formulate contracting models for IDNs and GPOs in the US
• Create strategies to increase reach to priority channels
• Collaborate with brand and engagement leads for execution of contracting strategies
• Ensure a strong understanding of engagement drivers in retail channels

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in marketing/commercial roles in the pharmaceutical industry
• Preferred experience in the US market and vaccine innovation contracting
• Strong strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills
• Prior experience in product launches preferred
• Ability to navigate a competitive environment effectively
• Strong communication skills for aligning with senior leadership
• Commitment to compliance with applicable regulations
• Proven leader in cross-functional team settings

Pay

$214,900 – $358,100 annually
