US Vaccines, Director of Private Sector Contracting

For our client, we are seeking a US Vaccines, Director of Private Sector Contracting to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead private sector contracting strategy and execution for a major vaccines business, with a strong focus on aligning commercial decisions to broader brand and organizational priorities. The position will manage a team of Associate Directors while partnering closely with internal leaders across commercial, compliance, and operational functions. It is a high-impact leadership role responsible for strengthening contract performance, supporting sustainable solutions, and driving cross-functional effectiveness in a complex market environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $190,800 – $300,300 annually Responsibilities Lead private sector contract execution and related strategies Manage a team of Associate Directors responsible for contracts Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure brand strategy alignment and compliance Lead transformational initiatives to improve cross-functional team effectiveness Address and manage account-specific challenges to ensure contract compliance Oversee contract performance monitoring and resource allocation Qualifications BS/BA required; MBA preferred 2+ years in commercial strategy or brand marketing at Associate Director/Director level 5+ years in people management, access/contracting, or account management Strong executive presence with decision-making and communication skills Operational expertise in complex processes and sustainable solutions Ability to collaborate across various internal stakeholders Demonstrated financial and business acumen with contract modeling Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families Retirement benefits including a 401(k) plan Paid holidays and vacation days Compassionate and sick leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
