Senior Director, Regional Governance

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Regional Governance to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This senior leadership role will oversee regional governance with a strong focus on service delivery, financial discipline, and operational performance across a global organization. The position will serve as a key executive escalation point for complex challenges while helping shape strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with sales, business development, and senior leadership to align service offerings with client needs and drive profitable outcomes. The role also requires regular engagement with CxO-level stakeholders and executive steering committees.
