Senior Director, Regional Operations

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams to ensure adherence to operational practices
• Assist in implementation management for key accounts
• Create scopes for environmental consulting and deliver proposals
• Manage day-to-day operations of critical infrastructure systems
• Ensure security access points are monitored and controlled
• Generate and present operational and capital expenditure budgets
• Resolve customer issues and communicate effectively about concerns

Qualifications

• 9+ years in managing critical facilities, preferably in a data center environment
• 12+ years of supervisory or personnel management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and document procedures

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
