About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and continually refine core positioning across four key categories: IRM, DLP, AI Governance, and employee monitoring
- Develop persona and buyer-journey frameworks, validating them with actual sales data
- Manage the sales enablement stack, creating essential materials like onboarding decks and demo scripts
- Create and update competitive battlecards to provide sales teams with up-to-date market insights
- Collaborate with Product teams to shape GTM narratives and launch strategies based on the product roadmap
- Conduct win/loss and churn interviews to extract insights for refining messaging and informing future roadmaps
- Lead the creative production team to ensure high-quality output at scale through innovative processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product marketing, especially B2B cybersecurity or related enterprise SaaS sectors
- Proven expertise in positioning within multi-category or category-creation environments
- Proficient in developing sales enablement resources that are actively utilized by teams
- Ability to analyze competitive intelligence and convert win/loss insights into effective messaging
- Experience in managing creative teams and understanding AI-powered production workflows
- Excellent writing skills, with emphasis on quality and effectiveness in communication
- Familiarity with analyst relations and engagement, particularly with firms like Gartner and Forrester
Pay
$130,000 – $180,000 annually
