Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue to plan for service business unit
  • Estimate and report SAM and market share of service business
  • Work with regional sales to align targets to continually grow market share
  • Own service pricing, pricing strategies, and supporting value collateral
  • Grow service contract market share of SAM annually
  • Develop and align channel strategy with regions to continue to grow service sales
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products and services and all industry standards and practices

Qualifications

  • BS or MS Degree in a science or engineering discipline
  • A minimum of 15 years of semiconductor industry experience related to complex equipment
  • A proven track record of establishing strong customer relationships with consistent customer front experience
  • Experience with selling services and parts to semiconductor customers
  • Experience in leading and working with regional teams to define and achieve sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lead people across diverse and cultural backgrounds
  • Able to travel up to 50% of time as when required

Pay & Growth

Base Salary Range: $176,000.00 - $264,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications. Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
