Senior Director of Digital Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns (paid digital, social media, and referral programs) that feed directly into high-touch recruiting pipelines, ensuring a robust flow of qualified driver candidates.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end recruitment funnel, from initial digital engagement to final hire, identifying and removing friction points in both marketing touchpoints and recruiting operations.
  • Continuously refine and communicate our driver value proposition, ensuring it resonates with different driver personas.
  • Partner with the Operations teams to design, market, and manage driver loyalty programs, tier rewards, and seasonal incentive structures.
  • Create marketing strategies around career opportunities, including growing our leader count and specialty load needs (example: hazmat endorsements).
  • Cultivate a strong sense of community and pride among drivers through storytelling, appreciation campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Develop a system to track driver award nominations throughout the industry, identify drivers who meet award criteria, and create submissions accordingly.

Data, Insights & Strategy

  • Establish data-driven feedback loops between marketing performance and recruiter productivity to uncover deep insights into candidate quality and conversion trends.
  • Own comprehensive KPIs including cost per hire, time-to-fill, marketing ROI, and long-term retention rates across all talent segments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with a required blend of at least 5 years in digital marketing leadership and 5 years managing high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition operations.
  • Proven experience in the logistics, on-demand delivery, or a high-volume marketplace business is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) alongside marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, CRM) to drive recruitment efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to connect authentically with a diverse, non-corporate workforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
