Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align talent acquisition with organizational growth objectives
• Mentor the recruiting team as a hands-on player-coach, demonstrating best practices
• Develop a global talent acquisition strategy that meets quality and operational needs
• Manage executive searches and critical recruitment processes, collaborating with trusted partners
• Facilitate workforce planning and tailored hiring strategies for different departments
• Ensure excellence in the recruiting lifecycle while promoting an inclusive candidate experience
• Leverage data and technology to drive talent function efficiency and operational success

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition, focusing on leading and developing teams for 4+ years
• Experience in high-growth tech environments, ideally with complexity in AI, fintech, or data platforms
• Proven skills in executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and operations
• Strong track record in both strategic leadership and hands-on recruiting for critical roles
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights for talent strategy improvements
• Expertise in full-lifecycle recruiting and data-driven sourcing strategies
