Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Talent Acquisition function across a diverse team
• Align workforce plans and hiring strategies with senior leaders and HR partners
• Implement and optimize Workday Recruiting to ensure effective recruiting workflows
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Develop an AI-enhanced sourcing strategy to strengthen talent pipelines
• Drive recruiting process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish metrics to track and evaluate recruiting success and process health

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading talent acquisition with a track record of achieving hiring goals
• Strong business partnership skills to align hiring strategies with organizational needs
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting technologies, especially Workday Recruiting
• Familiarity with AI solutions that enhance recruiting efficiency and quality
• Expertise in data-driven decision making and talent analytics
• Ability to lead change management initiatives within recruiting processes

Pay

$200,000 – $240,000 annually
