About the role

The Senior Director of Army Operations & Capture is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and capture market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market share.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Military Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the defense industry.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Strong understanding of military operations and capture strategies.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Army Officer or equivalent military experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
