Capture, Senior Manager - Army and Defense Agencies

For our client, we are seeking a Capture, Senior Manager - Army and Defense Agencies to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead strategic capture efforts for large, complex Department of Defense opportunities with a focus on Army and defense agency contracts. The position is responsible for shaping win strategies, coordinating cross-functional pursuit teams, and improving the probability of award across the full opportunity lifecycle. It is an opportunity to influence competitive positioning, pricing, customer engagement, and pursuit execution on high-value government technology deals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong business development mindset, deep federal capture experience, and the ability to guide teams toward profitable solutions.
