Senior Director - Capture (Air Force & Space Force)

Lead capture efforts for both the Air Force and Space Force, focusing on innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies to secure federal contracts and grants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in federal contracting or related field.
• Proven track record of successful contract acquisition and management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the Air Force and/or Space Force is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal procurement regulations and processes.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
