Requirements

• 10 + years of related experience as a capture manager, leading large and highly complex DoW capture opportunities at Tier 1 Federal Systems Integrators
• Demonstrated experience capturing $500M+ single award competitive take-away deals with emphasis on Information Technology scope, fixed price managed services, and/or as-a-Service delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, work collaboratively to solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams as a servant leader
• Able to develop actionable plans by leveraging market knowledge
• GSA Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS)
