Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the market strategy with leadership and direction through others
  • Makes sure care team work meets goals and drives results through influence
  • Pushes for changes that help providers and care teams use data to improve performance
  • Manages efforts to improve performance across the organization and community-based organizations
  • Works with cross-functional teams to find ways to make money and improve care
  • Helps teams improve how they run their business to boost profits and other financial measures
  • Builds relationships with important healthcare providers to help members get better care

Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, and/or population health
  • At least 3 years of direct P&L leadership roles in managed care, provider groups, or integrated delivery systems
  • Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, and/or commercial risk-sharing arrangements
  • Strong commitment to improving healthcare for underserved or complex populations
  • A bachelor's degree required; a master's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Pay

$153,000 – $210,000 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
