General Purpose
The Senior Director, IT - DC Systems is a strategic technology leader responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence of systems supporting an end-to-end retail supply chain.

Qualifications and Special Skills Required
- Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years leading managers and medium-to-large technology delivery organizations.
- Deep experience and demonstrated success delivering strategic, large-scale retail supply chain systems, including those supporting DC operations.
- Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and work across different time zones.
Physical Requirements/ADA
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
