Senior Director, IT Systems

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company’s IT roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals
• Lead and develop teams across IT Infrastructure, Applications, and Support
• Define and implement internal AI strategy and frameworks with the AI Committee
• Develop and implement functional AI roadmaps to enhance operational efficiency
• Drive behavioral change in AI adoption across non-technical teams
• Establish strategic direction for identity management and cloud environments
• Set KPIs to monitor IT performance and improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in a SaaS or tech environment
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Fluent in current AI tools and their applications
• Experience leading IT organizations across various functions
• Proven ability to develop and present IT strategies to C-suite stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms and automation tools
• Experience in IT governance, vendor strategy, and risk management

Pay

$204,000 – $255,000 annually
