Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior HR Director on behalf of an industrial manufacturing company experiencing significant growth and transformation. This executive leadership role serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors while developing and executing a people strategy that drives business performance, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors on all human capital initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and value creation plan.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives that improve scalability, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive executive succession planning and leadership development across the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support growth and operational performance initiatives.
  • Lead human capital due diligence, workforce integration, and organizational planning for acquisitions.
  • Develop competitive compensation, incentive, and rewards programs aligned with business performance and investor objectives.
  • Present workforce analytics, talent metrics, and organizational health updates to executive leadership and investors.
  • Build leadership pipelines and implement high-impact leadership development programs.
  • Enhance talent acquisition strategies for executive, manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and high performance.
  • Partner closely with Operations leadership to strengthen frontline leadership capabilities across manufacturing facilities.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives to attract, develop, and retain skilled labor.
  • Reinforce organizational commitments to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Previous experience as a Chief People Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, or equivalent executive leadership role.
  • Extensive experience supporting private equity-backed portfolio companies.
  • Proven partnership with CEOs, executive leadership teams, Boards of Directors, and private equity sponsors.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizations through rapid growth, acquisitions, and organizational transformation.
  • Multi-site industrial manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, and corporate business functions.
