Senior Director Human Resources

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Human Resources to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This remote leadership role will shape the people strategy for a complex, multi-disciplinary organization operating across multiple U.S. time zones. The position will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, labor relations experience, and the ability to guide managers through change while reinforcing a culture of integrity and quality. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,800 – $155,000 annually Responsibilities Lead Human Resources Business Partners and provide HR guidance to senior managers and employees Develop and enforce employment policies that align workforce practices with strategic goals Implement HR strategies that support an employee-focused culture centered on integrity and quality Advise on employee relations, retention, and compliance with labor laws Partner with senior HR leadership on M&A initiatives and other strategic HR projects Monitor and evaluate employee performance, resolve issues, and support organizational changes Ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise management on appropriate actions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field required 15+ years of leadership HR experience in roles at the HR Manager level and above required 5+ years of supervisory experience required Experience consulting with a diverse workforce across multiple disciplines and U.S. time zones required Experience managing HR functions in a unionized organization required Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred Benefits 80% coverage for Health, Dental, and Vision Paid time off RRSP Program Eligibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
