Senior Director, Healthcare Decision Support & Financial Performance Advisory

About the role

This senior leadership role will guide healthcare finance and operational performance efforts for clients seeking stronger decision support, margin improvement, and enterprise-wide transformation. The position is highly consultative and will partner closely with CFOs, finance leaders, and senior executives to assess current capabilities and shape actionable improvement strategies. Success in the role will require a blend of executive presence, financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex findings into practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an executive advisor to healthcare CFOs and finance leaders
• Lead assessments of finance and performance management capabilities
• Develop enterprise performance-improvement roadmaps
• Facilitate executive workshops and present findings to senior leadership
• Lead initiatives focused on margin improvement and cost reduction
• Design performance-management frameworks and reporting standards
• Advise clients on decision support strategies and analytics

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, healthcare finance, or performance improvement
• 5+ years leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives
• Experience advising C-suite executives and senior leaders
• Deep understanding of healthcare finance and operations
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and engagement economics
• Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly as needed

Compensation

$250,000 – $325,000 annually

Location & Schedule
